Rank Up! is a physical Persona series anthology with a central theme of friendship. Pieces will focus on a variety of platonic bonds spanning games one through five. This will include spinoffs, such as Royal, Golden, Q, etcetera.

Rank Up is not responsible for any additional fees you may be charged such as through customs.
Where are you shipping from? When should I expect my package?
We are shipping from the United States of America, so international packages may take much longer due to travel time and customs.
Will I receive a tracking number for my physical order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number for your physical order through the email used in your purchase at our storefront.
My package arrived damaged, what can I do?
If your product was damaged upon arrival, please send an email with pictures to [email protected] and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. As this is our leftover sales, a replacement may not be available.
My package never arrived, what can I do?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number and we will discuss a replacement or a refund.
What will my billing and shipping information be used for?
Only the mod team will be privy to this information, and it is only for the use of mailing your products to you. Once the project has finished leftover sales and wrapped up, we will be disposing of all sensitive information such as names and addresses.
